Unlimited users for nothing is genuinely attractive, and for a team happy to build and troubleshoot its own workflows it may be all they need. Teams look elsewhere when they want someone accountable for support without signing an Enterprise contract, or when they find the workflows underneath are simple, linear and short on the controls IT and HR processes need.
