There are four types of users in CheckFlow.
- Administrator - This type of user has full access to all features in CheckFlow.
- Member - This type of user does not have access to billing or team management features but can perform any other action. You can apply additional template and checklist permissions to restrict what your members can do.
- Guest - This type of user has a CheckFlow account and must log in but they can only view and complete tasks that are directly assigned to them. They cannot perform any other actions.
- Anonymous - This type of user does not need to have a CheckFlow account. They can access and complete a checklist if it has been shared and they have the link. All modifications are logged as 'Anonymous User'.
Guest and Anonymous users are free and unlimited.
You can add and remove users from the Team Management section of our website. You must be an Administrator to do this.
When you add a billable user the change will take effect immediately, and if applicable a prorated charge will be applied to your account.
A billable user is a user given the role of Administrator or Member.
You can add as many Guest users as you like. They're free and unlimited.
If you remove users you will not be refunded for the current billing period. The change will take effect from the next billing period.
You can pay for CheckFlow using any of the following:
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal
Bad refund policies are frustrating. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with CheckFlow, for any reason, just contact our support team and we’ll take care of you.
