CheckFlow was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: that process management software didn’t need to be expensive or complicated to be effective.

Most tools available at the time were built for large enterprise teams with complex requirements — and priced accordingly. We set out to build something better suited to the teams that needed it most: IT and HR departments at mid-size companies, managing recurring processes that were falling through the cracks of spreadsheets and shared documents.

What We Built

CheckFlow turns your processes into structured, trackable checklists. Build a template once — define the tasks, assign owners, set due date rules, and configure conditional logic — then run it consistently every time that process needs to happen. Tasks are auto-assigned, reminders fire automatically, and every completed run is logged with a full audit trail.

We wanted CheckFlow to be genuinely simple to get started with, while having the depth that IT and HR teams actually need: enforced task order, dynamic due dates, recurring schedules, white-label sharing, and a real-time grid dashboard that shows the status of every active process at a glance. A team should be able to build their first working process in an afternoon, not after months of implementation.
