Startup allows 2 users, Growth 5 and Enterprise 10. Growth happens at the moment a team needs to add a person, and each cap forces a jump to the next plan rather than a small increase. Above 10 users there is no published plan at all.
A team of 6 pays $89 a month on Growth, or $14.83 a head, and a team of 7 pays the same again. At 10 users the Enterprise plan is $199 a month, against $90–100 on CheckFlow for the same ten people with more features included.
Conditional logic, the ability to change what happens next based on an earlier answer, is fundamental to IT approvals and HR onboarding. Flowster locks it, and Zapier, behind the Growth plan, so the smallest teams cannot build a branching checklist at any price below $89.
Without a REST API there is no way to start a checklist when a ticket is raised, sync completion back to an asset register, or pull run data into a report. Zapier on Growth and above handles one-way triggers, and that is the limit.
