CheckFlow Affiliate Program

There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.

• Self-referrals are not allowed (signing up for CheckFlow through your own affiliate link).
• Abuse, gaming or attempting to mislead (for example posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.
• No search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause confusion for customers.
• No pretending to act on our behalf (for example as an employee).

Our subscription fees are charged per user per month, so the larger the customer you refer, the greater the reward. At monthly list prices, your monthly commission for a team of 10 would be $72 USD on the Enterprise plan or $40 USD on the Business plan. For a team of 50 it would be $360 USD or $200 USD. Customers can add and remove users, so it can change month to month; most add users over time.

We use cookies to track your referrals. The cookie lasts for 90 days after someone clicks your link, so they have 90 days to sign up for you to receive commission. If they click your link again, the 90 days start again.

There is a 45-day pending period after a referral pays for a plan. This protects against chargebacks, refunds and any other fraudulent activity.

We process payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month, or on the next business day if either date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Your commissions are calculated and available for cash-out via Wise. To receive payment, you must provide a valid Wise email address.

Yes. You earn 40% of every transaction from a customer who joined through your link, and that includes every upgrade and every user they add. If a team you referred starts on Business with five users and grows to twenty on Enterprise, your commission grows with it.

You earn 40% of the annual payment, in the same way as each monthly payment on a monthly plan. The 45-day pending period applies before it becomes payable.

For as long as the customer remains a paid CheckFlow customer. There is no cap on the number of months and no cut-off date: commission on a referral keeps coming as long as they keep paying.
