What are the conditions?
There are a few rules about our affiliate program you should know about. No “gotchas” here, just some terms to keep everyone happy.
- Self-referrals are not allowed (i.e. signing up for CheckFlow through your own affiliate link)
- Abuse, gaming, or attempting to mislead (i.e. posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites) will result in your account being permanently banned.
- No search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers.
- No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee).
How much will I earn?
Our subscription fees are charged per user per month. The larger the customer you refer the greater the reward. Customers can add and remove users so the subscription fee can change on a month to month basis. Most customers add users over time.
Here's what your monthly commission would be for a team of 10:
- Enterprise Plan: $72 USD per month
- Business Plan: $40 USD per month
And for a team of 50:
- Enterprise Plan: $360 USD per month
- Business Plan: $200 USD per month
How long does the cookie last?
We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.
When do commissions become payable?
There’s a 45-day pending period after a referral pays for a plan. This is to avoid chargebacks, refunds, and any other fraudulent activity.
When will I get paid?
We process payouts on the 1st and 15th of each month, or on the next business day if these dates fall on a weekend or holiday.
How will I be paid?
Your commissions are calculated and available for cash-out via Wise. In order to receive payment, you must provide a valid Wise email address.
